The Beer family spent the middle of a fine November day at my aunt's beautiful land. As it was midday, the lighting was rather subpar, but i took some nice portraits and a few detail shots that i rather liked, in spite of my general distaste for photographing forests.
Here, i have some rather stark shots of four of the ponds on the land in addition to a few of the aforementioned details. i hope that the deer wasn't eaten by the mountain lion. And if it was, that it tasted good.
